It isn't finished, but going along nicely .. he is going to give me a good price, but he needs to get back to me tomorrow morning after he checks some of his costs. He called shortly after I contacted you, then came out this morning to see the job and discuss costs. We'll make final decisions tomorrow morning. I am assuming the quality will be fine, but haven't seen it yet ... since you want it answered now, I will assume good quality.

Project: Repair a Tile Roof
I discovered a leaking roof during a recent down pour. It was 10pm on a Friday night and Dave contacted within 15 min of my request for bids. We made arrangements for someone to come out the next morning. Porter Roofing called an hour before showing up and arrived right on schedule. A thorough examination of the roof was done. Not only did they find the source of the leak, but they found a few other areas where the tiles were cracked during installation and repaired them as well. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

THEY NEGOTIATE WELL AND DO GO A BIT FURTHER. BUT AS WITH ALL CONTRACTORS, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. I DID AND HAD NO PROBLEMS.

They responded promptly to my inquiry, scheduled a time, provided me with an estimate, and showed me the repair. Of course, it has to rain before I know it is really fixed, but it looks like they did a great job.
