They explained the procedures involved in cleaning 8 rooms and were knowledgeable, very efficient, and did a great job.  They were careful of all the furniture and placed small sytrofoam blocks under the legs of furniture in the shampooed areas.  They were also perfect gentleman.  I would recommend these workers and use them again in the future.
