Respectful honest man. Did not come on property without permission or when I was not home. We made an appointment to look at the job and he came at the appointed time. It was important for me to be there to talk about the job and not have the contractor make his own decision about what the job would be. He gave a price right there and we were able to come to agreement face to face. He also came to do the work on the scheduled date and he did everything he said he would do, and as the job went on he would call me outside to look at the work as it was progressing. Definitely a professional.

Americanclean had expert knowledge of what it was doing. It did its work carefully. For instance it tested it cleaning liquid on a small portion of the house before using it. It was thorough. The gentleman operating the cleaning was pleasant. The price charged was reasonable. I was very happy with the result.

Curt spoke to us on the phone and set up an appointment. He showed up, did a preliminary test to make sure it was compatible, which we agreed. He used only biodegradeable materials, so as not to kill our landscaping. He gave us a quote, we agreed and he did the job the following week. He was very professional in his attitude and work manner and completed the project right on time. IWe would recommend this company to anyone needing a powerwashing project.
