While Hameed and his workers were pleasant to deal with, I did not feel they presented themselves very professionally.  I was particularly irritated by the fact that I was asked to take one of his workers in my car to  purchase a new piece for my gutters because the part that had been purchased was the incorrect size.  He had come to do an assessment the day before so he should have brought the right part.  I was also disturbed by the fact that the final cost was almost twice what he estimated it would be.  It also took him 20 mins to find a receipt book for my payment.  You only get one chance to make a first impression.  I was not impressed
