I dealt with David and found him to be knowledgeable and direct in his evaluation of my water problem (flooding in side yards) and gave me a reasonable written estimate.  He explained the problem and made recommended solution He and his crew came on time and worked until dusk.  Workers were hardworking and responsive.  I already see that I can water my side yards without flooding.
