Rating: Project: Gas or Electric Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Repair The crew that was sent could not get the duck cleaner to work and left without communicating that they could not complete their job.  After servicing the furnace, they did not communicate… Read Complete Rating The crew that was sent could not get the duck cleaner to work and left without communicating that they could not complete their job.  After servicing the furnace, they did not communicate their findings and left with the air cleaner not working.  I called the Company and spoke with a manager, who kindly apologized and re-scheduled.  The manager indicated that they would send a more experience crew to follow up due to this initial experience. They sent the same crew and after the cleaning I found a window open, furniture moved, and dirt and debris on the floors adjacent to most of the ducts.  I would not consider hiring them again.
