Service man was very polite and explained all the options. He did not push the most expensive one. The freezer was not working properly so speed was important and he came the next day.

Reliable. Arrived on time (on a Sunday morning when there was really bad weather). Very knowledgeable and informative. Identified the problem, and fixed broken washer quickly. I would recommend for svc on washer/dryer, or other appliances.

The repairman fixed my refrigirator, so it's now cold like it should be. The problem is that it's a two drawer sub-zero and now the bottom drawer doesn't close properly any more. It appears that I might have to replace the entire unit - a $4,000 problem. I tried calling the company, but all I get is voicemail saying "the mailbox is full". Maybe they went out of business? DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

I must apologize if you were left dissatisfied. We do not under any circumstance operate the way you have described. Could this be a case where you have mistaken us for another company? Could you state your invoice number so we can find out if any of our technicians were responsible for this? It would be very unfair if you left such a bad review for the wrong company.
