Jason provided a valuable detailed report to assist us in evaluating the home purchase with great photos. After the repairs were completed he went out and verified the completion of the repairs with a follow-up report. The pictures taken of the sloppy roof repair resulted in the replacement of two roof tiles and a one year warranty of the repair area against future leaks. We highly recommend his service for any real estate investors in the Phoneix area.

Our home inspection went very well. Jason did a great job. He found many things that we missed. We had a couple of small surprises. I am glad that we had an inspection because now we know what needs attention right away. He was helpful finding a termite inspector as well. And gues what? He found termites that we missed. All in all a great inspection! As with all homes there are a few things that need attention and now we know what they are.

Very good inspection. Very thorough, took many pictures, was on time, flexible with my schedule. He even had a great special that coulnd't be beat compared to other inspectors. He took the time to talk to us and explain some of the things when we asked questions. Would recommend to friends and family!

Jason did an excellant job for me. Did the job he was hired for and list everything from the very minor repairs need to the bigger ones. He must of took over a 100 photos to document everything. After he was done he took me around to point out the most critucal problems. Inspected my house from top to bottom. Then when he found out that I had a guest house he did that for no extra charge. I wasn't sure about getting a home inspection but after Jason was done I'm very thankful that I need. Jason THANK YOU for all you did
