Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Called American Restoration for a leak in my roof. The initial meeting with their accounts mgr about the work was good. My problem with them came after they completed the work. I noticed that I had plywood exposure from the roof that was not there with the old roof. but was now visible after the new roof was installed. Also noticed in some areas the felt paper did not cover the plywood sufficiently. A supervisor can out and noticed the work, but said there was nothing he could do to help. receive a call from someone higher up was treated and talked to unprofessionally by this person. Unwilling to satisfy the customer. Not worth the headache.
