I got 5 estimates for replacing my 18 windows, including from Sears and Home Depot. The American Reliable estimate was the most reasonable price with the best financing. We had a bit of difficulty with scheduling the work, and unexpected things came up during the installation. But each time I voiced concerns, my concerns were always addressed-- they were very responsive, which was impressive and helpful. I feel confident going forward that if any issues come up with the windows (which I don't expect), I can come to them. I would definitely recommend American Reliable to a friend.

The sales person was excellent and that is why we did not go with a cheaper estimate. They promised the job would get done by Dec 13 (a small 1/2 day job related to a replacement for a sliding glass patio door and some small windows) but they did not "order" the tinted glass because they did not notice that we did not need clear glass until we called them. They delivered Dec 27. We were unhappy with the lack of follow up during the first 3 weeks. But the product looks good and the installers were efficient.
