We never knew what time the crew would show up. One day they never showed and did not bother to call to let us know why they were not coming, etc. After they completed the job, the new walkway they installed was left with caked on mud. When we asked if they were going to come and clean up the driveway and new walkway, we were told that would require them to rent a pressure washer and they just couldn't do that. Also we asked about the manual for the sprinkler system and were told that we needed to contact the 3rd party company to get one, they didn't have any. We will not be using this company for any future landscaping work.

Mark and his crew from API did a great job with my paver patios. From the low-key, no pressure sales approach, to extensive help with the planning and even changing the plan on the fly (due to the whims of this customer) the entire process was completely painless. The quality of the work is FANTASTIC, and their prices couldn't be beat! I couldn't be happier.
