American Legacy Contracting actually SAVED me money! I live across the country, and now have to use my house as a rental property. The management company quoted me OUTRAGEOUS prices to complete a list of tasks, and my handyman called me from inside my home, went over the list of items, and fixed everything at a FRACTION of the price. I am and will be using him as long as he is there. I value his opinion and him.

American Legacy Contracting was prompt in responding to request for estimate. Work was started in a timely manner after acceptance of bid and work completed in a professional manner with frequent contact to ensure my approval as work progressed. Alan ran into initial unexpected issues due to very rocky grouind conditions but problems were resolved quickly and work was accomplished within the approved bid although Alan incurred additional expense to complete the work. American Legacy Contracting is a professional, high-quality, easy to work with outfit highly recommended.

Our main concern was not having our bathroom out of commission for very long. He did everything he could to keep that at a minimum.
