They were very friendly and professional. Immediately, I felt the difference. The air coming in from around the windows stopped. Also, I noticed my furnace did not kick on as much. Definitely worth the investment!

I had a number of companies out to my home for quotes before deciding on American. I chose them because Robert was professional, honest and thorough on his assessment of my home. On the day that work was to be done, he and his partner were on site at the time they quoted. They did the work efficiently and with as little disturbance to my house as possible. Their clean up work was excellent also. There was a minor issue we found after they had left and we contacted Robert. He came back out that night to resolve the issue. I would have no problem recommending American Insulation to friends and family. Thank you for an awesome job!

We agreed on 12" to 15" of insulation for the given price. But they put only 5"to 6" of insulation. I had to call him again to redo the work. They came and put 3" to 4" more. Still it was not enough. Poor job done.

Bob blew in attic insulation in my 1200 sq ft attic. He scheduled me within 1 day, showed up ontime and did the job. I needed this done quickly and he did it. He was clean and reviewed the job with me before we started. We had to make some changes to bath fans and dryer ducts, he quickly fixed them. For basic insulation install he is the best!

90% of work was completed in 1 day...it took 7 months to complete the remaining 10%.

I was very disappointed with the clean up or lack of clean up. Also, the insulation was not even (some very high areas and very low areas), and sprayed over top of things in the attic. I really can't judge the value until i see my heating bill.
