They were prompt and courteous. I am so glad they were referred to me! I had received a quote that was only $20 less but they could not come out for another week or two. Well worth the money.

There was no charge for their services. All that was required was a phone consultation which they did happily and effectively. I would hire them if I needed a real repair.

I ended up replacing my garage door instead of reparing it because of the great deal I was offered. Just wish I didn't have to wait 4 days. The job was done very quickly once started though, and I am very pleased with the new door.

Upon installation of the new door opener and the initial test the factory motor was not functioning correctly. Installer apologized, told me that a replacement would be ordered that day and the new product would be installed and completed within 5 days. He mentioned that a payment would not be expected until the opener was installed and correctly functioning. It was and I did. Couldn't be more pleased.

Installer was not informed about items discussed with salesman so the additional framing required was not initially installed and the lack of clearance between the track and existing closet and cabinet doors made me cut off the existing doors in order to open them. The doors themselves were installed quickly and efficiently and are totally satisfactory -- Only the clearance issues were left for me to resolve.

Very quick feedback to request (within 1 hr on a Sunday from internet request). Came the next morning. Very professional. Had some trouble following the repair (probably due to operator error - me). Immediately came back and put things in order
