American HomeWorks Corps has done an excellent job working on our house! I will use them again in the future without any reservations, and have recommended them to my friends. They did a professional job with great attention to detail, and the work was done in a timely fashion and they promptly and carefully cleaned up after the work was done. Of all the contractors that have done work at my house, they are by far the best AND their estimate was very reasonable and lower then the competition.

The new windows were not cut properly, resulting in them being too small for the space. The installers made numerous excuses for the windows being too small and did not use spacers to make up for the mismeasurement. Further, they bumpted my original installation date from the schedule, requiring me to take off work. They also forgot to remount one of the security bars. There was a clear disconnect between the salesman and the installers. A sad outcome after waiting more than one month for the installation of two windows. The salesman never followed up to get feedback about the job.

We spoke with 5 different contractors before choosing one. John gave by far the best presentation, no BS, just told us about his company, the windows, and gave us his best price. He never asked about the competition or their prices, he was straightforward and honest. The other contractors all bid high, asked about their competition and eventually brought their prices down to 'match' the lowest bid. The American HomeWorks installation crew was professional, coureous and thorough. They were attentive to details and did an excellent job in all aspects of the removal and installation. We had no complaints at all about John or his crew

John Hall, the president and his foreman Mark were both easy to work with and came through as promised with a quality job, completed as promised and cleaning up thoroughly before they left.
Will Get American Homeworks to do more work for me in the future.
