Project: Remodel a Bathroom
The designer was excellent and helped up choose the materials. Additionally, the quote was better than most of the other remodelers. However, the actual remodel was extremely stressful. The work done was very unprofessional. The paint patches to fix cracks and holes were uneven, tiles were cracked, the shower floor was uneven, ceiling paint was messy, the two installed niches weren’t lined up evenly, and they left our house messy. The communication was poor; the senior worker couldn’t speak English. On the positive side – they did fix all the mentioned issues after we complained and pointed them out.

THIS CUSTOMER PROBABLY NEVER HAD ANY REMODELING DONE BEFORE. EXPECTATIONS WERE RIDICULOUS. THEY WERE EXPECTING NOT A SMALEST DUST, WHILE WE HAD TO CUT, DEMOLISH AND DISPOSE PLASTER WALLS. WE HAD EVERYTHING COVERED WITH PLASTIC AND CREW CLEANED UP FLOORS WITH MAP EVERY DAY. WHILE THE PROJECT STILL WAS IN THE BEGINING STAGES THEY WERE ASKING A LOT OF QUESTIONS. WHY THIS IS NOT DONE ? WHY THIS IS LIKE THAT AND SO ON, BUT WHEN EVERYTHING START GETTING TO THE FINISH STAGES FINALLY THEY START UNDERSTANDING HOW THINGS WORK AND BEING PUT TOGETHER AND HOW IT LOOKS BEHIND THE WALLS. I AM NOT SURE WHY THE RATING IS LOW, BUT AT THE END THEY WERE HAPPY.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Exceptionally well-run company with employees who are professional, competent and very polite. They take pride in doing a job to the best of their ability and work well together. Everyone who worked on this project made every effort to provide the best work possible and to complete the work in a timely manner; the cost was well under other bids by larger companies. I would recommend this company to anyone who appreciates professional work and competence.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
I will admit I’m a picky client. Had a designer which was great but communication to me from designer, foreman & owner was inconsistent & resulted in higher costs/nickel & diming. Biggest issue was tile work. Before hiring I emphasized this was MOST important aspect of project but it’s worst part of the bathroom - grout is messy & stuck in tiles, some tiles are unevenly laid & many tiles are broken (partial tile quality issue). Worst issue is that I can see the ugly yellow of niche plastic box through tiles & they wouldn’t fix. Pro is they always fixed small things I requested. Overall unsatisfied w/ tile work but satisfied with rest of bath.

THE MOST DIFFICULT CUSTOMER I HAD IN 16 YEARS. SHE WAS MAKING ALL THE DECITIONS AND BOUGHT CHEAP TILE THAT WAS REALLY POOR QUALITY, THEN BLAMED INSTALLATION FOR IT. SHE WANTED US TO REPLACE IT FOR FREE BECAUSE OF POOR QUALITY THAT SHE CHOSE. EVERYTHING WAS DONE ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, SHE TOLD US WHERE TO PUT LIGHTS AND THEN SHE CHANGED HER MIND AND WE HAD TO REPLACE THEM AND REPATCH WALLS FOR FREE. WE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO DO EVERYTHING SHE WANTED, EVEN IF THAT WAS NOT PART OF THE CONTRACT. WE REPLACED HER BATHROOM WINDOW THEN ONE MONTH LATER SHE DECIDED THAT SHE WANTS HER OLD WINDOW BACK, BECAUSE SHE WAS GOING TO SELL IT ON CRAIG'S LIST.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
The work done by Euro Design Remodel was excellent. Rafeal helped with my initial design giving me great advice and pointing helping me with product selection. My installer, Ziggy, was very meticulous. While the project took a little longer than anticipated, the final outcome far exceeded my expectations. Tom, the owner, Rafeal and Ziggy were al very professional and easy to work with. This company is highly recommended!

We are just beginning the project. However, the intitial stages, which are usually the most difficult for us, have gone very smoothly with Euro Design. They have been extremely helpful in listening to our ideas, providing advice and suggestions, and mapping out a plan. They've inspected our bathroom(s) structure and combined it with our vision to produce what we consider a very reasonable cost estimate. We are confident they will be working closely with us every step of the way. More to follow.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
The work was professional, responsible, and very responsive - they were prompt in getting back to me on every question, helpful, and the bathroom looks really good. It's a little hard to figure out what the total cost would be up front, because it depends on what you end up wanting to buy - tile, lighting, other electrical, shower door, vanity, etc., but they explain what they do clearly and the total cost seemed ok to me. The work was done on time.

They were very professional and worked reliably, day after day. The finished product is lovely with just one place that needs attention along an uneven floor area. The tile work, especially, is beautiful.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
The installation end product was very good. The installer cleaned up each day leaving my home as neat as possible. The painting around the edges could have been neater the first go around but was quickly rectified once it was pointed out. We did have one issue where water poured down the toilet sewer drain splashed over causing a water stain in the ceiling below. The installer fixed it the next day which delayed the completion of the project.
