Greg was prompt, knowledgeable, helpful and showed respect and courtesy through the whole process. I called for a repair on one of my systems and a quote for the other one. I had four other quotes months ago, but none seemed to be just what we were looking for. I felt very comfortable giving Greg our business - felt like he was a family friend. I will be using them in the future for all of our heat/ac needs. We used one of the large companies in town, in the past, for years, but recently had an issue and decided to look for new service. I'm so glad we found American heating and cooling. Pleasant experience all the way around.

Although they were 2 hours late for the scheduled appointment time, they were very nice and apologized. I think it was more a scheduling issue than the techs fault. The tech explained to me what they were doing and why, which was helpful to someone like me who doesn't know a thing about a heat pump. They gave a military discount and the man who scheduled the appointment was super friendly. Just all around good people!

I cannot say enough good things about Greg and American Heating and Cooling. They were lifesavers in an unexpected time of record highs. I was asked to wait several days to a week by other services in this area, but they were on the job in 24 hours, working after traditional working hours. They were professional, friendly, and efficient. Greg gave us the best air conditioning for the most reasonable cost of anyone we contacted! And he contacted us through ServiceMagic within a matter of minutes after I had logged in the request. They went beyond the expected and give us tips and advice for getting the most out of our unit.
