The company was prompt and efficient in pricing the job. When it was time to install, it took a few times before they were able to come out and put up the gutters...some of this was due to weather. The crew completed the work quickly and so far they seem fine...I am pleased with the job and would hire them again.

alot of phone tag with first contact-Tina, then Larry took too long to call to set appt, when did, was a no show, ANOTHER call to Tina, then Larry called, appt sched... called before appt and acted like we did not have an appt, then "well what can I do, what's stopping you from us meeting? Nothing-come on over. Came' HEAVY sales pitch, with "you seem like a nice lady, so I'll give you a deal" (whatever) Took check, "some one will call you to set up install time within two weeks. It has been a month, still no rain gutter. I guess another call to Tina!

I had some minor scheduling problems at first with them-their fault-but the job got done in 5 hours with 3 guys on the job after the above initial problem. Looks fantastic-they did my soffits and fascia and new gutters. Minor clean up issue-they got all the big debris but they did not use a tarp when they cut the pieces so i needed some time to go around the house and pick up ll the small debris. Make sure you get them to use a tarp when they cut the materials. Absolutely would use then again.

The gutters are expensive compared to other gutters without a topper but they look fabulous. I would recommend this company and would use them again.

they came did the job and off they went. when job started done quickly. they cleaned up after themselves, no garbage laying around.

American Gutter Guard offered the best price of the three companies that provided estimates. They also had a much better warranty than what was offered by the other more expensive companies. The product is of high quality. They installed the gutters within 1 week after providing a downpayment. The guys that did the install were friendly and helpful. They cleaned up after themselves and the head guy even provided his cell phone number in case we had an problems. Very happy with this company.
