I received several phone calls immediately after submitting my request to service Magic. American Freedom was the last to call and left a message. I returned the phone call and the technician was very helpful. He answered my questions and virtually diagnosed the issue over the phone. I hired him and he showed up within an hour. As speculated over the phone, he was correct. The issue was resolved, my furnace was up and running. There were no hidden cost. The technician was professional and wore a shoe cover to avoid tracking dirt into my home. Nice job!
