Project: Install a Retaining Wall
Good work, quickly done. Once they started, that is. About a month and a half went by after signing the contract.

Project: Install or Completely Replace Vinyl Siding
While the final siding work was good it was over a month late, they forgot to inform me that they were going to start, they delivered the wrong siding to the house and then couldn't figure it out, they forgot to put on the new gutters completely and then tried to charge me for them. Then when I told them they hadn't put the gutters on and I wasn't willing to work with them anymore they tried to only refund half of the money they had quoted for the gutters. Overall, while they weren't worth the headache.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
The company showed up on time. They also were quite professional in offering many solutions to the problem. They explained the process to me and my wife and made us feel included in every step of the process. We were able to negotiate a fair price and they recommended not over expensing myself for the project by selecting higher cost materials that may not have been a significantly higer grade of material to efficiently complete the job. They submitted their estimates in a clear outlined format for me and the insurance provider to review. I am well pleased and will definently use and recommend them again.

Project: Install Concrete Driveways & Floors
American Exteriors and Masonry did an excellent job on replacing my old concrete driveway with a new and larger one, installing a flagstone walkway to match flagstones on my front porch, and solving drainage issues by installing an underground drainage system. Once they got started, the work was done promptly and efficiently. I really appreciated Nick Gil, the Project Manager, who communicated clearly about the job and kept me informed along the way. When I discovered that my metal lamp post had specks of cement stuck to it, Nick came out promptly and cleaned the lamp post with HCL so that it looks like new.

Well designed, Beautiful Patio, However some stones & mortar were cracked. I should of been more specific the stone selection. Owner very responsive & made necessary repairs

Project: Install Concrete Patios, Walks and Steps
Original crew did horrendous work. The entire project had to be ripped out and redone from scratch. Crews showed up without proper tools and did not know what the project was about--totally unprepared. The owner made it right, but the entire project took weeks to complete when it should have taken 2 days max (a simple sidewalk replacement). Recommend you skip this contractor, but if you choose to use them make sure your contract is very specific and stay on top of the workers. Ask questions and QC their work very carefully.

I agreed with client that the sidewalk that was installed by my company was not to my company standards. I thought the only right thing to do was to take it out, at my expense, assign another crew and re-do the project. Not all jobs go perfectly, however the mark of a good company is how they perform when things do not go as planned. The client agrees that in the final analysis the sidewalk looks great.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
They actually didn't find any problem in the roof, so just sealed anything and everything. For the money they charge for 2 people with no way to figure out if anything was wrong it seemed too much. But they communicated well to explain what have tried to figure out the problem.
