Review by David L.in Havertown, PA Project: Excavate or Grade the Slope of the Grounds
Gabe and his team just finished yesterday at my house. They did a great job, the project was completed in two parts, both done on time, done properly and exceeded my expectations!
I would highly recommend American Excavatin Services to whoever is looking for grading, tree removal, new grass, shrub removal etc!

My wife and I are very pleased with the results. We appreciate the professional fashion in which our project was handled, from the scheduling and followup communications to the re-grading of the area and cleanup. We honestly believe that we could not have made a better choice than hiring American Excavating Services. Their performance was top notch, and their fee was reasonable and appropriate.

Review by a customerin Brookhaven, PA Project: Grade or Reslope Grounds for Landscaping
They left my property a MESS!!!! They did the job and it ended up being more money at the end because of course I needed more top soil because he changed the plans several times. They drove all over my property back, front and side yards in a bobcat .They made HUGE dips and gullies in my yard and NEVER bothered to fix any of them. I had a mess to clean up. which by the way is such a HUGE project I'm not even finished trying to straighten this mess out. It was just a horrible experience that I'm still trying to clean up. What makes it even worse.....the drainage system they put in works a LITTLE. I spent thousands of dollars?????
Comment from American Excavating Services, Inc.
We have 36 EXCELLENT ratings and reviews all of which give us the highest possible 5 STAR rating. There's good reason for that. Here is the TRUTH about this job, which was done SEVEN MONTHS AGO (last Winter!) The property was left graded & hand raked. Township engineers designed it & charged them the extra $$ and they were told in writing to add topsoil in the Spring when it dried out, & the extra $ was only $590!

Review by Rob M.in Aston, PA Project: Excavate or Grade the Slope of the Grounds
AES (Denny Waldman, specifically) were 100% top notch in every respect, going above and beyond in dealing with numerous unanticipated setbacks over which he had no control, especially our township's ever-changing requirements, some cold and ugly weather, and in finding ways to best meet our needs within our limited budget. The township's involvement caused the project to go way over deadline and way beyond our initial estimates, but Denny stuck really stepped up to navigate the bureaucracy, and always kept our needs and interest in mind. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend AES to anyone, anytime. Thanks, Denny!
