Jeff on the staff was very polite, hardworking. Excellent. The owner also responded and fulfilled the service. He took the time to explain my problem in a way that we could understand. I was very pleased all around with American Environmental. Good work.

Very knowledgeable inspector who took the time to explain the mold issues in a way that I could understand. He was extremely helpful and responded to all my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. More companies should be run like this one.

After speaking with John Blank, it became clear that we were not dealing with a mold issue. John provided the three things that must be present for mold. He guided us in the right direction which resulted in us looking to a different vendor for our project. Although John talked himself out of a job he gained our utmost respect for his integrity. If anyone should feel that that may have a problem with mold. We would recommend contacting John Blank, with American Enironmental Laboratories.
