Part of one of the strands went out and instead of fixing the strand, they left it there and went over it with a smaller one! Some of the lights(on the same broken one), went over a week ago, I didn't even bother calling them again. Fuses blew out all through out the holidays and that was frustrating as well! You'd think a electrical company wouldn't overload plugs. Over priced for what we got! The men that came out to the house were friendly and nice though. I bet we were being charged labor while they chit chatted with my husband. Extremely disappointed over all and will find someone else next year! Rating: Provided By: Larry H.
