Did a great job, moved 2 windows from house and installed into garage, very cooperative and willing. Will do downstairs windows as soon as they come in. Herman was great!

I would like to give my contractor a higher rating because he offered the best price, he was efficient and it appears he did a quality job. He showed up on the day he said he would be there and before he left he put material on the roof to protect it from predicted rain showers. Unfortunately, when I got home later that day, it had rained and my dining and living rooms where soaked in water. At 84 years old this created unnecessary stress, as I (and a friend) moped and cleaned up water for hours - it was even in my light fixtures. The contractor came right over and added more material properly protecting the roof and he is making repairs.

I was very pleased with the service that I received. After submitting my request to servicemagic, I was contacted with the hour to set up an appointment to obtain an estimate. Herman was very professional and willing to work with me to keep down my costs. The workers, including Herman, showed up as planned and completed the project quickly and professionally. I would certainly consider using American Dream Builders for other house projects.

Herman Summers was professional, courteous and extremely helpful and knowledgeble regarding types of shingles, ice shields and general workmanship. We would not hesitate to recommend American Dream Builder as a premier roofing contracting.

Project: Addition to Existing Structure - Build
They are very hard workers. They do very good framing, prompt on time and are good a problem solving. I don't think they do finish work as well, but do well on other things.
