Jaun new what he was doing and explained why the repair needed to be done a certain way. He said by checking certain things he saved me money and headache's I believe he was honest. Con's he doesn't like cc's for part orders and was busy the day of repair so was running behind that happens so not the big of a deal.

it was a pleasure working with American Dream Appliance. they came on time,gave me an estimate and ordered the part, which was installed the following morning. He was very pleasant to deal with and I would defintely recommend him.
