The guy who gave the initial quote over the phone, Robert, was very nice, and the price was right. When the person who was to do the work came over, he didn't have a big enough ladder (even though I'd specifically said that the window was very high up), so they had to come back on another day. When he did come back, he stated that he wasn't able to fix the window, but we somehow ended up paying almost the full amount that was quoted (he said for the per hour charge). Not to happy about that. It's not his fault that the window wasn't fixable, but we shouldn't have been charged that rate.
