Very professional. Estimate proposal could have had a bit more detail, but communicated via email very well. Workers trimmed two huge maples, made suggestions about other troubled trees.

The crew worked their tails off. The problems are with the owner - Joe. Promises were made but not kept - the final cleanup was not completed (large pieces of a tree were left on our front lawn, our phone line was not re-attached to the house & ended up damaged, a window in the garage door was broken & never mentioned to us), several times we requested & were promised a face cord of firewood from the trees removed & have not received it, however 2 of our neighbors were given firewood from our trees. They also left tools here so it's obvious they planned to come back. We tried reaching them by phone & email - no reply. Job date fall 2010.

I wanted someone who would not just tell me to cut my trees down. I feel that a fair analysis was made of the state of my trees and the trimming that was done was done with preservation in mind.

Good communication initially. The work that was performed was very good. Contractor was contacted to address some of the work performed but has yet to resolve the issue.
