Spent 45 min. trying to fix kitchen faucet. I was then told he could come back and try some other things (for a fee of course). I was told the best thing to do with my 6 y.o. Kohler faucet was to buy a new one. He would then come back (for a fee) and install it. He then proceeded in tightening 2 other faucets. $120 to tighten 2 faucets. The company I hired to put in a new exterior door also replaced my faucet.

After a couple of highly over-priced commission-seeking experiences with a "Rooter" company, I gave America NW a try. And I was very pleasantly surprised. The service was timely, friendly and highly competent. The cost was less than half the minimum charge of the "Rooter". Highly recommended!

Outstanding service, better than I could have imagined. I was dreading the experience going into it, but he was great. He explained exactly what he was going to do and that is what he did. He finished the repair and cleaned up everything.

Received a fair quote from Raymond and scheduled the work (leaking pipe; install plumbing for ice maker). On the day of service I also asked Raymond to install an inline filter I'd just bought for the ice maker - assuming the final bill would reflect the extra work required. The final bill was exactly what I was quoted; no extra charge for the filter installation. I appreciated Raymond's honesty and personality and will be calling him for all my future plumbing needs.

Raymond showed up promptly, found the leak and fixed it. The only thing that is problematic is that there was some work done previously that I asked him to check on, because I thought it was leaking. He looked and told me it was just water running down from upstairs. Well, several days have gone by ande I think there really is a tiny leak, because water keeps beading up on the pipe. It's not enough to be a problem, but I'll need to get it fixed before we replace the ceiling. I really appreciate that Raymond found a way to cut through the back of the closet, rather than cutting into the wainscoting in the bathroom.
