They did an "initial cleaning" and it wasn't very thorough.  Missed corners and under chairs.  They were supposed to come the following week for a weekly cleaning.  They never showed up.  They do not return phone messages.  Their cell number has been disconnected.  I believe they've gone out of business.

Unfortunately, they didn't really know how to clean well.  They didn't know how to clean a room from top to bottom or bottom to top.  They were asked to use paper towels instead of rags and didn't change them often enough.  They didn't know too vacuum a floor and then mop it.  They mopped it and then vacuumed and all the hair stuck to the floor.  I had to rewash my floors.  However, they did do a good job on the bathrooms.  They did the illusion of cleaning where you clean the middle parts of things like mirrors so that it appears to be clean when the whole item isn't really clean.  They did the same thing when dusting.  What a shame!
