I don't know if the price that I paid was the right price. But the service was quick. Customer Service was great. I believe that they did a good job. But I personally don't know anything about home inspections.

We found Kevin to be very professional and he answered all of our questions. He did a thorough inspection and even agreed to inspect the basement and garage of our condo, which apparently were not included in the inspection of a condo.

AmeriSpec was very quick to call me following my inquiry on Service Magic and offered very competitive pricing. John was very professional and friendly in organizing the booking and explaining what his company offered. Kevin completed the inspection, again he was very professional and friendly. He was also very thorough, explaining what he was doing as he worked through the Condo and pointing out useful things such as where shut-off switches were located etc. I walked away with a comprehensive report and owners manual. Overall, I would recommend AmeriSpec for ease of use and the curtesy and professionalism displayed

We were very please with our home inspection done by Kevin. We were looking at a forclosed home with excessive damage. He pointed out areas that we had not noticed the first time we looked at this property. The book that we received at the end of the inspection had everything that we needed to move forward with our decision. Even if we do not decide to move on this property it was a very good experience and we learned alot. Thanks again Kevin.
