I received a return call within 30 minutes after my internet request. I was able to schedule an appt for the next day and Rich was right on time, performed the job quickly and professionally. I plan to have him come back again in the fall to pre-treat my residence.

He called me immediately, I gave him the address and contact info for my commercial tenant in Mora, he scheduled the appointment with and showed up 2 days later. He got rid of the rodents and sent me the bill. This guy is good :)
