I hoped my house didn't have asbestos but unfortunately the tests confirmed it did. Oh well, at least Ambient confirmed my suspicions quickly so I could fix the problem immediately.

John was great! He was on time for the appointment, explained everything to me as he went along. He called me back in in a few days and told me that there was not asbestos detected and I had nothing to worry about. What a relief!

I called John in the morning and he came out to the house within a few hours to take samples of asbestos and scan for lead. The asbestos results came back within 3 days, but due to snafus with his email service, I wasn't able to see the report until 4 days after that, the same day I received the paper copy in the mail. Overall I'd recommend John and Ambient Environmental.
