We have only had the presentation made by Zack Little, product specialist so far.  He was knowledgeable,professional. <br /> <br />Update:  The job is complete!  8 new windows and we immediately noticed the traffic noise lowered immensely!  The two men that installed the windows were timely and efficient, curteous and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves.  We had a followup letter AND phone call from Ambassador as not only a thank you but to ask if we had any questions about our new windows or the installation process.  We would recommend this company to anyone first!!  The cost was a little higher than other companies, but their track record with a quality product, customer service and satisfaction is well worth it!
