Prompt, courteous, job well done.

We had an unusual situation that created a difficult environment to work in. Ultimately, everything worked out fine and our fridge works again. Matt did everything possible for us and we are satisfied.

He was very helpful and fixed my dryer. Even threw in a couple extra new parts while he was at it.

The project seemed to be too big for this company. It was basically a practice run for them and they decided to use our company for practice. They didn't show up the first two scheduled appointments and were late multiple times (by 2-3 hours) for each appointment following. While attempting to install our washer and dryer they caused a massive leak that culitvated overnight and a small portion of our building flooded overnight. It was a complete disaster from beginning to end!

It took some time to get in contact with Ambassador and the more I actually think about the experience the less happy I am with it. So no, not recommended. The service person arrived in an unmarked van, had no identifying information, walked into my home without hesitation, and then did not seem overly confidant with resolving the issue. Although it was temporarily fixed (3 days), it seems the issue has now returned. I will not be contacting them again and think I would rather just live with the issue at this juncture than spend another $200.00.

Sure would like to help with the problem but no name left here. Would be more than happy to make it right. Can't help if i dont know who you are. We lost a van to a accident so getting another van very quick and back to helping seemed more important than letters on the van. We are very confident in what we do but occationally there is a root cause of a problem i.e. dryer blows thermal fuse. Fuse is replaced but if vent is not cleared then it blows again. Now fpr example you would be told about the vent. However not all problems show up right away and this is why we warranty our work.

I appreciated the speediness of serviceman.

The repairman did a good job and cleaned up after himself. His van was not marked as a company van and he didn't wear a uniform. I had to call to confirm that he was indeed from the repair company.

Matt even cleaned the outside of my dishwasher and sprayed cleaner on my floor grout. What more can you ask for?
