Juan and his crew were very good. They stayed on task and never left my home or
yard with any trash each and every day. If I had a concern, Juan or Chris were
there to answer my questions. I have had many neighbors comment about how
nice my home looks. No more painting!!!

We are very satisfied with the final product. The quality of the product and workmanship was good. Howevern their customer service skills were lacking. Phone calls were not returned timely and notification of when they would show up was not always conveyed.

There was no communication between the company and us once we signed the contract. It took almost two months to start the project. They advised us that they would start the project before Thanksgiving. They started the project on 12/15/09. The contract stated that we did not have to pay until the project was completed. We paid partial payment so that they could pay the siding man. We also paid another partial payment so that they could pay the gutter man. The project was finally completed on 011210. John the siding man did a good job as did Ed the gutter man

I have signed a contract but won't have the job done until the new year. However the salesman was most informative, the manufacturer's warranty the best I ever read and I hope the install will be great.

Satisfied, however, some of the work was not initially done properly. Rotted siding and wood were to be cut out before installing the new insulation and siding. This was not getting done, and I had to call the office so that the workers could get verification that this was part of the job request. Once done, the siding looks great and I'm glad we did it. One other note, I asked them to paint the siding that they installed and then I would paint the rest of the house - well, I wouldn't recommend them for painting. Missed spots, runs, painted footprints on the shingles and sidewalk, etc. I ended up repainting most of what they did.

Very professional. Presentation was very complete. They answered all my questions and were very understanding about my circumstances. Company offered financing if I did not have anything in place. They also understood the need to get Home Owners Association approval.

The window install crew done a spectacular job. My upstairs addition was evidently not square or to code. The guys jumped right in and made adjustments on the fly. The 14 window install was completed in 1 day. the custom sized windows look great.
The siding looks great....even the neighbors have commented, including the ones I didn't know.
The install crew made a few additional changes I asked for without stopping to ask the office.
All I was charged for the changes were for materials.
Amazing Siding Corporation of Dallas ............simply put "THE BEST

Very pleased with quality of the work. No complaints right now.
But to be honest, the real test of this company will be if and when there is a problem with any of the siding or installation of the siding in the future...1 yr., 5 yrs., 10 yrs., or after that. That's when I'll see if what sold me on the company (WHICH WAS THE WARRANTY OF PRODUCT AND INSTALLATION) is really true.

Although they did get started about 2 weeks later than scheduled, the finished product was excellent. My only complaint is that the salesman told me they would use Tyvek over the wood before installing the vinyl siding, but, I never saw it used. Unfortunately, I didn't remember until after the siding was installed and the job was over.
