	Rating: Project: New Windows - Multiple I'm very pleased with my new windows. The only negative is that the windows arrived 2 weeks later than I had been told they would, and I wasn't informed of that until I called 3 times for a status update. At that point, the windows were in and they were installed within a few days. Especially since they'd called to tell me when they were SCHEDULED to arrive from the factory, I would have appreciated being informed that they were late in arriving. It's hard to judge "value" at this point. The windows were quite expensive, but my home is much more comfortable (no drafts anymore), so I'm happy with them.
