They arrived an hour late which was 7:30 in the evening, so I assumed it was due to traffic. They didn't give an explanation and I didn't ask. I specifically asked for certain things to be cleaned before they started and they agreed to do all of it. However, they didn't clean everything and it seemed that I could have done much better myself.
