Benjamin came to my house and installed three knobs and deadbolts. He was very professional and got the work done in minimal time. Now, I don't have to fight with my doors when I look them. Would definitely recommend him to friends/collegues.

Ben is pleasant, prompt, and very reasoably priced. He showed up early and did the job neatly and effectively. I called 4-6 other local locksmiths and they were either rude, shady sounding, or too busy to return my calls. Ben is obviously a go getter and I will refer him to friends again and again.

I found Always Open Locksmith on Service Magic, and was able to contact Benjamin quickly thereafter. He was able to get to my house the following day and not only repair two 85 year old locks---but also rebuild them so that the key they'd now use would match another one on my house. I could not have been more impressed by his skillset or professionalism. The price he charged was also very reasonable considering the problem that he solved for me. I would recommend his business to anyone---Benjamin Copeland of Always Open Locksmith is the best. Andy of West View, PA

I called Always Open Locksmith after phone tag with two different locksmith companies which lasted FOUR days!! Benjamin Copeland was so helpful on the phone and was able to be there the same day. His service was fast and he handled everything like a true pro. I would recommend him to ANYONE!! I would not use anyone else but Benjamin with 'Always Open' in the future.
