When we dug it out, we found they had planted the tree right on top of a big rock.… Read Complete Rating It seemed like they did a good job when they left, but after two months, the tree they had planted was dead. When we dug it out, we found they had planted the tree right on top of a big rock. The tree died because its root had no room to grow, and no tree would survive on a rock.  It's obvious that they knew the situation when they planted the tree but they didn't tell us. The tree was tipped over 3 times during the day when they first planted. After the tree died,  we bought a new one, and I asked Tom. He came and told me he would charge us for removing the rock. We are very disappointed by this kind of cheating. Not Professional Service!  See All Ratings
