Lann is a quality guy who did good quality work for us. He was accurate about his diagnosis, didn't mind working beyond the end of the day, and was easy to work with. I'd recommend him to anyone.

I have repeatedly asked for a receipt for the work completed. I did not receive one, nor am I getting any response back from the vendor. Vendor claimed to warranty product, however did not give me anything in writing. Extremely unprofessional vendor.

I had not realized that I did not get the customer an invoice until the bad rating. I have emailed customer an invoice with warranty details and was apologetic for my mistake. This does not happen often as I have email and printing capabilities in my truck and prepare invoices and estimates on site.

Lann installed a replacement pool cover for us: He did a great job. He initially got the order wrong (ordered the wrong color), but made it right for us. And he took the time to explain things -- i.e., how the cover works, how to avoid future problems. He obviously cares about customer service.
