There was still a ton of dog hair embedded in our carpet. We were stupid enough to pay first without looking at the carpet (since we were no longer living in the house). They told us they could get it all out. You could wipe your hand across the carpet and dog hair would come up. It looked like they just got it all to the surface and that's it. They also made our sink all dirty by dumping their dirty water in it. Really disappointed. Thankfully, we didn't fail our final inspection. But still, for the money we paid, I would have expected better.

We do apologize for a job that we did for you. We always try to do our very best at every job. We never try to rush the job. I am the owner and did the job with an employee. Sometimes with pet hair it just can't all be removed. Again, I'm very sorry if we didn't meet your satisfaction. I'm glad it did pass the inspection for you. They are very strict with pet hair. We DO NOT DUMP anything into sinks at all, so Im not sure what could have happened with that. All the dirty water goes directly into the truck mount outside in our van. Always Clean Carpet are specialist at removing stains and have saved us a lot of money. They are always on time and do great work. They have helped us a few times with short notice. I will never hire anyone else.
