We originally had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday afternoon, and the workers didn't show. I called and learned that a previous appointment had run long. We rescheduled for the same time the next day, and the work was completed courteously and professionally. Altap quoted me a price $50 higher than another company ($25 less than a third), but was able to do the work far sooner than competitors. I'll call again.

Altap responded promptly, quoted an estimate and fixed my electrical problem within the estimate and time given by phone. While other companies refused to quote a price by telephone based on my phone description of the problem, Altap did. He even came prepared with parts and completed the job in one visit. They fixed my electrical problem professionally and competently. Its good to work with an electrician like Altap who knows their job well. I will refer them to my friends and family and use them exclusively as my electrician in the future.
