Alpine promised to trim my Weeping Mulberry and did not complete the job. They trimmed a few twigs, which I now see were left on the ground, which I didn't see before because of the snow and they left a large branch hanging almost to the ground on my tree, even though they had promised to come back and cut it off. When I called the office the receptionist was nasty saying that this must be for another job....I paid them the amount requested and they did not do the complete job. I would not recommend Alpine Tree Service to anyone, and they should be removed from the Service Magic list. I feel Alpine Tree Service is unethical.

Alpine Tree Service took down two very large cotton wood trees. Snow covered the ground so they will be coming back in the spring to grind stumps and roots. They were the only contractor who offered to wait till spring so they could be sure to get all visible roots. They gave a great price and did a great job. We were very pleased with the service provided and would hire them again.

The project was to cut down a very large honey locust tree. The crew was on time and worked well as a team. Worked diligently and cleaned up the area .
