The serviceman was very competent and professional and completed his work with efficiency. If I had a complaint it was that a part needed to be ordered and when the part failed to arrive on time they missed two re-scheduled times without calling to advise me. In both cases after waiting a half-day I had to call them to get the status. However, I would still recommend them.

Unlike Palm Beach Generator and Don Hillman Generator these guys actually called me back in a timely fashion and showed up on time.They took care of the problem and I am ready for hurricane season. Good company.
