We ALWAYS give the $20 discount at the time of service, even to customers who did not cut it out or print it out. Our technicians show you a written estimate when they find the problem. Therefore, every customer can see and approve the estimate for the repair and the discount before the repair is started.

I do appreciate that they arrived when they said they would be here and they actulally called me to set everything up when the part came in after just a couple of days. The PART was so very expensive. next time I need a dishwasher, I'm going the cheap way. I have a Bosch, and it was over $800., the parts and labor were almost $300., the price of a cheap dishwasher...

We do appreciate your good words about our service. In general, control boards and other electronic parts could be quite costly. Yours was very competitively priced. The price of the part: a control board for this dishwasher was $135. The price of the labor to install it was $125. The total of the repair was $260 which is considerably less than the price of a new dishwasher, especially a Bosch.

Responded very quickly when request was made. Very accomodating in terms of my limited schedule. Office staff communicated very well and timely when I had questions. Courteous and skilled technician who identified my refrigerator problem with ease. Pricing was very competitive.
