We are more than a month out from original hire and Mel has left us with a family of raccoons that are squawking at the top of their lungs at 2 in the morning. He started off convinced it was skunks and seemed confused at why he wasn't catching them. Then completely forgot about us for 2 weeks until I called to ask what the h*#$ was going on. Then again left us because he was "so busy". Today he was out here saying that there was no sign of the raccoons anymore. Really?

Mel was on time, professional, clear in his explanation of what he would accomplish, and what the timeline will probably be. He was responsive when we expressed our belief that it was a raccoon , rather than just squirrels, and the silence in the attic is wonderful!

They came in did the job very nice and understanding about my work schedule .I work night had no idea they came except for the note that was stuck between my door saying how many squirrels they had caught and they did a good job on patching the hole.
