Pro was extremely promt in returning initial inquiry & giving estimate. Final cost for job was exactly as estimated. Very accomodating & friendly, went above & beyond with customer service support & advice for future projects!

Uncooperative, unreliable and would not recommend unless you have no deadline. Once the crew showed up, they worked well. But...Could not depend on the arrival time, day or final completion date. Not a positive working relationship/experience.

This consumer was selling his house, didnt care if wood siding was too wet to paint but we do, we warranty all our work therefore I follow the manufactures guidelines concerning application. This consumer asked us to cut corners all over the place, we refused. We painted at his home everyday the weather permitted until the project was completed. I would rather have the consumer mad at me beacause we took longer than expected then have the consumer mad because the my paint job failed.

The painters were very flexible and worked with our painting situation in a very friendly fashion. Paint prep was thorough, and all deficiencies were corrected on the spot during the final walkthrough. It's a good idea to get any additional work (patching or other repairs) added into the price from the beginning, because the handyman work adds up really fast if paying by the hour. House looks beautiful inside and out now. Very happy with the paint job. Workers were conscientious and cleaned up after themselves with minimal prompting. Very friendly.

Not sure what Handyman work customer is speaking of, Aloha Painting only contracted to complete the prep and painting of the exterior of the home, price was set in original contract and final invoice did not reflect any additional charges. Very professional. Very on time. Very concerned about the weather in the area. And they did an excellent job cleaning up. And they were very friendly.

I was very happy with the Aloha Painting. They gave me a good deal, and I feel that they've done a good work. There has been no hassle, I'd recommend them to anybody.

They were fast and reasonable. Appropriate for a rental.

Thought all was covered with a warranty. Contractor came out first thing and made it sound like he was the best in town, but the work was nothing close to the BEST! Now I need the company to return and all I get are promises. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Issue is some minor peeling on deck that was done 2 years ago, Wife was upset because didn't feel we were honoring our warranty, apparently she and her husband do not talk because at the time she wrote this I had already set up an appointment with the husband to come out and check the problem. We are removing the peeled areas, priming and repainting. This deck was in rough shape when we did it 2 years ago I am not supprised that it has had some issue, I only wish that there were better communication between the wife and husband and maybe she would not have felt like we were not taking care of her needs as a customer.

They did a very good job

Aloha Painting was very courteous and very flexible. Their work was very good. However, their time management was horrible! They would tell me they would be at my house at 9am, and then call at 9:45am and say they were running late and they would be there in a little while. They would arrive around 11am. This happened every day they came to my house!

This simply isn't true. We showed up late on the first day yes this is true, but we also called to inform the client that we were delayed. The client said this would not be a problem. When we arrived at the house we completed the first coat, the paint was taker longer to dry due to the fact that the client had heater turned way down, I asked if it would be a problem if we returned later to do second coat, the customer said she would be home all day and it would not be a problem. We completed the first room and were told that over the weekend the clients would make arrangements to move furniture out of second room the following monday.
