Pat Price, Owner and designer of Allways Quality Construction, has earned certification as a LEED® Accredited Professional in New Construction and Major Renovation from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The accreditation process involves months of study, and then testing of more than 70 topics related to sustainable building sites, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources, as well as indoor environmental quality.
Price was also tested on his abilities to lead a design/construction team on a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) project, while performing the various technical analyses required.
Pat Price, of Allways Quality Construction in Stevenson, WA has earned the designation of Certified Graduate Remodelor™ (CGR) from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Remodelors™ Council. Pat Price is one of only 2000 professional remodelers nationwide who have attained or are in the process of earning the CGR certification.
CGR recognizes those remodelers who demonstrate exceptional business integrity, technical competence and a solid track record of customer satisfaction. To earn the CGR designation, a remodeler must complete a series of industry-specific education courses, provide letters of recommendation, proof of licensing and insurance and adhere to a strict Code of Ethics. LET ME TELL YOU, IF YOU NEED A PROFESSIONAL TO REMODEL A ROOM IN YOUR HOME, I AND MY HUSBAND DIFFENTLEY RECOMMEND PATRICK PRICE OF "ALLWAYYS QUALITY CONSTRUCTION!!!! THE WHOLE TEAM HE HAS WORKING FOR HIM AND WITH HIM ARE TRULY PROFESSIONALS. IN THE 26 YEARS THAT WE HAVE LIVED IN OUR HOME WE HAVE "NEVER" HAD BETTER PEOPLE THAT ARE TRUE TO THEIR PROFESSONS. PLEASE DO HIRE ALLWAYS QUALITY CONSTRUCTION FOR YOUR NEXT NEEDS IN REMODELING OR NEW CONSTRUCTION!! I HAVE HAD TO HAVE OUR BATHROOM REMODELED INTO A HANDICAP FACILITY. We found Pat to be very responsive to our needs. He kept his appointments & schedules. In addition to the bathrooms, he replaced the flooring in a laundry room that had been damaged by an undetected water leak, replaced flooring & counter tops in the kitchen. His work was excellent. In fact family members have used his services for other projects already. I can't say enough great things about our experience with Always Quality Construction
