Great customer service. Brian was very honest with us which my husband and I really appreciated. We initially wanted a higher end product and Brian talked us down!! He said we would not need covers on our gutters since we had no mature trees in our neighborhood. However, the gutters were going to be two stories up and I didn't want to go up and clean them. Brian completely understood and recommended a lower cost solution that would still fulfill our needs.

Brian was great and very professional. I checked 3 of his references and all had good things to say. Their gutters were almost invisible on their homes they blended in so well. The downspouts were well-placed also. After considering Brian's bid and four others we not only went with Allstate but we doubled the size of the job. I should have had him do the other side of our home at the same time as I now realize the melting snow is making a trough in the planting beds. I will be calling him this spring to do the last side. We are highly pleased.
