Received a call almost immediately and scheduled an appointment for the next day between 8:00AM & 11:00AM. Jeremy called ahead when he was on his way and arrived about 1/2 hour later (on time). He went to work immediately, found the problem(s), explained what was required and costs involved. When asked for a discount due to some extra work found, he was able to accomodate us by absorbing the "service call". This was much appreciated and all work and parts were authorized. Great service, friendly staff and all our concerns were handled in a professional manner. Overall an excellent service experience.

Service was beyond exceptional! In addition to the A/C unit service, I had a "hard to find" duct problem in the attic which the technician/owner climbed up and repaired. DEFINATELY HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ALL YOUR A/C NEEDS.
